Assembly instructions
The installation of the ESW - Magnet is relatively easy. Still, there is necessary to take heed to the assembly instructions, than only in this way the correct functioning of the ESW - Magnet will be achieved. If necessary, your fitter will certainly be pleased to help you.
In view of the easy installation, there could be sometimes forgotten, that in case of the ESW - Magnet it is about a globally acting physical water treatment device, and, for this reason, its effectiveness is dependent on correct choice of different versions of mounting in accordance with different used materials and functional arrangements.
Important note:
By using the ESW - Magnet, its permanent hard magnets may cause catching and taking hold of ferromagnetic and paramagnetic material inside the pipes. Therefore, it is necessary to clean once a year the water distribution system by removing the ESW - Magnet from the water pipe, opening the water cocks and putting the toilet wash-down system into operation. Do remove all ESW - Magnets simultaneously and open all the warm water taps too.
Installation
Tube diameter 3/4“ to 1“ :
The deflection of the sliding pressure plate points inwards (toward the magnetic device).
The plate has to slide in according to the picture.
Attention:
The screws have to be tightened by hand only!
Tube diameter 1 1/4“:
The deflection of the sliding pressure plate points outwards (away from ESW - Magnet).
Attention:
Tighten the screws by hand only!
