The applicability of the ESW-Magnet

The ESW - Magnet may be fitted on the water pipe directly without disconnecting it. The nowadays mounted copper pipes facilitate a trouble-free operation of a ESW - Magnet. If you, however, have steel or iron water distribution system, you should better install the ESW - Magnet on copper, brass or plastic feeding pipe before the water meter or, if even there is not such a pipe, you should insert (in the area of the ESW - Magnet) such a piece of non-magnetic pipe.

The magnetic field is always changed by crossing an iron pipe and its impact on water is reduced. Copper, brass, plastics do not have this blocking feature. Of course, the ESW - Magnet is to be mounted before the central house distribution system, the most suitable places being directly before or behind the central water meter.

If you have warm water circulation or nobly dimensioned hot-water boiler, which does not guarantee the complete exchange of the warm water every 24 hours, you must install a second ESW -Magnet. The magnetic effect in the warm-water system persists approximately 24 hours. With the help of another ESW - Magnet a satisfactory solution of the scale problem also in the warm-water system will be achieved.

There are several variants how to fit the ESW - Magnet:

Picture 1 shows the fitting of the ESW - Magnet on a water distribution system, where the warm water will be prepared by a through-flow heater.

The pictures 2 and 3 show the correct position of the second ESW - Magnet, if the warm water is (prepared and) kept in a boiler.

Picture 2 gives the position of the magnetic device in a warm water circulation system.

Picture 3 presents the variant of warm water preparation (and keeping) in a boiler.
